Napier have made setting up both the Napier Backroadz and Sportz very simple and easy, with colour coded poles, simple instructions, and even installation videos to follow, which you can see below, so pitching your tent has never been easier.
The second most common question we get asked, is how easy it is to set up the tent if I am on my own.
Fortunately the Napier SUV Tents are as easy to set up on your own, as with two. There is nothing heavy to lift or no need for a second person to hold down a peg or pole - the only downside to doing this yourself is that it may take you a tad longer than with two.
Both Napier tents - Sportz & Backroadz - share the same handy features where they attach to the car. You can easily access the back of your car or SUV and make that an extension of your tent, creating more room for storage and easy access to for handy things like phone chargers.
The main difference is the Napier Sportz SUV tent gives you more room, it sleeps 6 rather than 4, and the Sportz can also be set up as stand alone tent.
This feature makes the Sportz SUV tents very versatile. The sleeve that connects the tent to the car is an optional attachment, so if an occasion calls for a traditional stand alone tent, and you want to setup somewhere away from your car, then there is the option to do so.
